Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
Accounts, licences, security settings, on/offboarding, OU migrations, permission changes across multiple client tenants.
I'm an IT support technician in Brazil, working the same business hours as your team on the East Coast. I take tickets, work down your backlog, and talk to your end users in fluent English. I'm looking for one client: a single MSP that gets my whole working week. You hire me directly: no agency margin, no headcount, no payroll.
Loading your local time…
Need a shift your own team can't cover, like nights or holiday weeks? That works too. Let's talk.
First response, triage, and resolution on end-user tickets: software errors, device setup, printers, permissions, VPN. Escalation notes your L3 can read.
Accounts, licences, security settings, on/offboarding, OU migrations, permission changes across multiple client tenants.
Hands-on experience under contract with an HPE partner: switch deployment, HPE server installs and imaging, controller/disk/system board swaps, array expansion.
Your queue doesn't stop at 5pm and neither do I. I'm the coverage for evenings, holiday weeks, and the month a tech quits.
I've built Zapier and Make automations as a virtual assistant for an international client. Ticket routing, alert noise, reporting, onboarding checklists... the glue work nobody has time for.
English isn't a certificate on my wall. It's the language I work in. I ran daily calls in English and delivered support at Parcero, plus day-to-day work with international teams in other roles.
Under an HPE partner contract I install and image HPE servers, swap controllers, disks, system boards and RAM modules, and expand disk arrays in the field. That hands-on time builds real troubleshooting instinct, the kind I carry straight into remote work. It's part of what helps me make better calls on your queue.
Most of the work below is wrapped up. What's still running is delegated, so it won't touch your hours. My full working week is free for one MSP.
Embedded support for enterprise clients: Sicoob (banking) and Cesan (state water utility). M365 and Active Directory administration, remote and on-site tickets, switch / access point / printer installs, Windows and macOS troubleshooting, infrastructure maintenance.
Delivered and configured network switches. HPE server installation and OS imaging, controller card / disk / SSD replacement, system board and TPM swaps, disk array expansion. Very structured and organized work style. Ongoing, but delegated to a technician I coordinate, so it won't touch a dedicated client's hours.
Remote work for an international client. Process automation with Zapier and Make, plus day-to-day operational support. Inherited a significant backlog and cleared it while maintaining daily operations. Async, self-managed work style.
Remote support over AnyDesk and TeamViewer for internal and external users. Structured cabling projects: access points, switches, cameras, network outlets. Basic server and Mikrotik configuration.
Built and ran an online store past $30k in revenue in six months. DNS, hosting, Shopify/Liquid, JavaScript fixes, and every customer conversation. I know what it costs when support is slow.
20 hours. You give me read access to your systems, a queue, and your documentation. If the tickets don't close, you pay for the week and we shake hands.
A fixed block of hours per week on a defined queue. Weekly numbers: tickets closed, first response time, escalation rate. Cancel with 7 days' notice.
Set hours, set rate, invoiced monthly. Signed NDA, MSA, and a background check if your clients require one.
Service desk L1/L2, standard hours. Minimum 20 hours/week.
Server & network work, automation projects.
No payroll tax, no benefits, no PTO accrual, no recruiter fee, no agency margin. You're paying for hours worked.
Numbers not quite lining up for your budget right now? That's alright. Book a call and let's talk it through. I'd rather find an arrangement that works for both of us than lose a good fit over a rate.
It's simpler than a US hire. I invoice you through my business entity in Brazil, as an independent contractor, not an individual hire. Most of the paperwork is on my side: I provide a W-8BEN-E so you have my entity's status on file, and because the services are performed entirely outside the US, there's normally no withholding and no 1099 to file. You just sign the contract, keep that form on file, and pay my invoices, by bank transfer, Wise, or Deel. Ask your accountant to confirm for your situation. Most of them tell you the same thing.
Because I live in Brazil, not because the work is worth less. What reads as inexpensive in US dollars converts to a strong, fair professional wage here, well above what most local IT roles pay. So there's no catch and no reason for me to burn out or churn through you: I'm genuinely happy with this rate, which means I stick around. You get careful, US-hours work at a price that still leaves me glad to do it. That alignment is the whole point of hiring directly instead of paying an agency margin on top.
I'll sign your NDA and any client-specific agreement. I work from a dedicated machine, connect only through the access you provision, use MFA everywhere, and follow whatever offboarding process you have. If a specific contract requires US-based or on-site staff, I'm the wrong fit and I'll say so on the first call.
Fiber connection plus a 4G/5G backup on a separate carrier, and a UPS on the workstation. If something takes me offline, you hear it from me before you notice the queue.
Microsoft 365 Admin, Active Directory, Google Workspace, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, HPE hardware, Mikrotik, Zapier and Make. I've worked in ticketing systems daily for two years. Point me at whatever tools your team runs and I'll be productive in them inside a week.
You shouldn't, on the first call. That's what the paid trial week is for. Start me on password resets and low-severity tickets, read every note I write, and decide from evidence.
15 minutes. Tell me the size of your queue and where it hurts.
